Quality Management
Our dedicated team of Project Managers works with our Contracts Manager on every aspect of flooring, to ensure that each contract runs smoothly, from the initial estimate to completion. We appreciate our reputation for reliability, good practice and exceptional workmanship is dependent on the good relationship we have with all our clients.
We send out a Quality Control form at the end of each job, and on return the forms are checked and shown to the fitters and the management team, to make sure that feedback is appreciated and acted upon in the unlikely event of a problem. We are keen to have feedback as we are constantly reviewing our methods of working. We only use tried and tested products, from the initial preparation of the sub-floor, to flooring and finishing. As our suppliers are established and lead the market in flooring products they in turn have high standards of quality management.

We are a member of the National Specialist Contractors Council (NSCC).
Under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme we are proud to hold a Gold Standard Certificate of Commitment to Construction Skills, reflecting the company's achievement and commitment with over 75% of the workforce registered with CSCS relevant cards.
Key Floors is an Approved Trader in the Hampshire County Council Buy with Confidence scheme which means that we have been independently checked by staff from the local authority Trading Standards Service against the Scheme rules.
